Refreshing the failed message counts

Use the administrative console to refresh the count of failed messages for BPEL processes or human tasks.

The displayed number of messages in the hold queue and in the retention queue, and the number of message exceptions, remain static until refreshed. This task describes how to update and display the number of messages on those queues and the number of message exceptions.


Procedure

  1. Select the Business Process Choreographer administration page for the application server or cluster.

    Click either Servers > Clusters > WebSphere application server clusters > cluster_name or Servers > Server Types > WebSphere application servers > server_name, then on the Configuration tab, in the Business Integration section, expand Business Process Choreographer.

  2. Refresh the message counts.
