ESC_TEMPL_DESC view
Use this predefined database view to query multilingual descriptive data for escalation templates.
Columns in the ESC_TEMPL_DESC view Column name Type Comments ESTID ID The ID of the escalation template. LOCALE String The name of the locale associated with the description or display name. TKTID ID The task template ID to which the escalation template belongs. DESCRIPTION String A description of the task template. DISPLAY_NAME String The descriptive name of the escalation.
