Loading snapshots to the workspace

To view and manage a specific iteration of a process application and toolkit, you can download a snapshot to your workspace. A snapshot is a capture of a process application or toolkit, at a specific point in time.

You can load a snapshot to your workspace directly from the Business Integration perspective.


Procedure

To load a snapshot to your workspace:

  1. Switch to the Business Integration perspective.
  2. Right-click the process application or toolkit and then click Replace With > Another Snapshot.

  3. Select the snapshot to load to your workspace in the Select a Snapshot window, and then click OK.


Results

The snapshot of the process application or toolkit that you selected is brought into the workspace. Any referenced toolkits are also brought to the workspace. The associated toolkit has a decorator next to the file name to indicate that a snapshot has been brought into the workspace. The snapshot is also identified to the right of the file name.
