Thoughts on building a Wiki

The docs.moodle.com online documentation site is an example of a Wiki.

RSI learning site is currently a little slow to load pages, which should be snapping to attention if we want to capture and audience of impatient techies. Some performance tuning is in order. Studies have shown there is a positive correlation between site responsiveness and user acceptance.

Process improvement is best when people are posting for all to see and peer review. We need to work towards a culture where engineers and project managers are, by default, saving useful information to the web.
