Tune WL server

Memory allocation is performed on the Java instance of the application server.

For best results, install WL servers on a 64-bit server.

Set the required memory size of the application server:

• Liberty:

• WAS:

  Log in to the admin console and go to...

  Servers | Server types | WebSphere application servers | server_name | Java Process definition | JVM arguments

• Apache Tomcat:

  Find the catalina script and set JAVA_OPTS to inject memory.
