WL server employs database connection pooling. Firewalls between WL and the database may detect idle connections and terminate them, resulting in unexpected behavior.
To prevent Denial of Server attacks, firewalls limit the number of connections allowed. With multiple clustered Worklight servers, the number of connections might be higher than usual, so beware.
