Monitor SAF agent remote endpoints


On the SAF Agent: Monitoring: Remote Endpoints page, you can view runtime information for active remote endpoints (destinations) and perform message management operation on them .

  1. In the left pane of the console, expand Services > Messaging and select Store-and-Forward Agents.

  2. On the Summary of Store-and-Forward Agents page, select the SAF agent that you want to monitor.

  3. Click the Monitoring > Remote Endpoints tab.

    1. Incoming -- You can control the flow of incoming messages by selecting a remote endpoint(s), and click the Incoming button above the table to select a Pause or Resume operation. The table then reflects the remote endpoint's new "paused" or "non-paused" state.

    2. Forwarding -- You can control the forwarding of messages by selecting a remote endpoint(s), and click the Forwarding button above the table to select a Pause or Resume operation. The table then reflects the remote endpoint's new "paused" or "non-paused" state.

    3. Expire All -- You can process all pending messages for a remote destination according to the policy specified by the associated Error Handling configuration and then remove them from the remote endpoint by selecting a remote endpoint(s), and click the Expire All button above the table.

    4. Purge All -- You can destroy all conversations and purge all messages on a remote endpoint by selecting a remote endpoint(s), and click the Purge All button above the table.

    5. You view a table of active messages for a remote endpoint by clicking a remote endpoint. To view the contents of a message, simply click the message.
