The agent computer cannot communicate with the workbench.

The test run stops.

Fix

• Check the javaw process that is running on the workbench computer for high processor usage or high memory usage.

• Try to run a schedule that uses the default values for all settings.

• On Windows computers, check the system log in the Event Viewer for messages that indicate network problems.
