Ensure accurate correlation of Siebel transactions
If Siebel transactions do not seem correlated, adjust the Siebel environment. If you see that transactions do not seem to be correlated when they should be after collecting ARM data from Siebel, perform these tasks:
- Stop the data collection infrastructure on the Siebel computer.
- Edit...
DCI_HOME/rpa_prod/rpa_comp/RPA.properties
- Add the following line to the file:
SIEBELFLAG=-Dcom.ibm.rpa.omit.correlator.suffix
- Restart the data collection infrastructure on the Siebel computer.
Siebel transactions will now be correctly correlated as long as the transactions do not cross computer boundaries. Siebel transactions that cross computer boundaries cannot be correlated.
