Error loading configuration file

Explanation

This problem occurs when you try to use the Configure Application tool or Enable Environment tool.

System action

IBM Rational Functional Tester cannot open the Configure Application tool or Enable Environment tool. You may not be able to add application using the application configuration tool. While recording the application is not displayed, in the application list.

User response

Verify that the IBM Rational Functional Tester configuration file is correct. Try restarting IBM Rational Functional Tester by closing all the application that RFT recorded or played back.
