Set up Tag Center

If the target environment does not have a Tag Center page, run the following command to create one along with all the associated portlets.

Deploy the portlets and create the Tag Center page s:

cd WP_PROFILE/ConfigEngine
./ConfigEngine.sh cp-setup-tag-center
