Configure the HTTP Basic Authentication Trust Association Interceptor
To configure the HTTP Basic Authentication Trust Association Interceptor according to the requirements, you set its properties.To set the properties of the HTTP Basic Authentication Trust Association Interceptor:
- Log on to the WAS admin console.
- Click Security > Global security.
- Click Web and SIP security > Trust association.
- Make sure that the Enable trust association check box is checked.
- Click OK and then click Save if you checked the Enable trust association check box.
- Click Web and SIP security > Trust association again.
- Click Interceptors > com.ibm.portal.auth.tai.HTTPBasicAuthTAI.
If com.ibm.portal.auth.tai.HTTPBasicAuthTAI is not available, run the following task to enable the interceptor: enable-http-basic-auth-tai-sitesgmt.
- Click Custom properties.
- Click the property yon that want to change.
- Change the value for the property according to the requirements.
- Click OK.
- Select other properties and change their values as required.
- Click OK.
- Save the changes.
- Restart the WAS.
