Tag and rate portal content

Users can tag and rate content from WCM, Connections, and other sources.

The Tag Center contains tagged content from the portal, WCM, and Connections. Content that can be uniquely identified can be tagged or rated. Users can apply tags and ratings both publicly and privately.

User interfaces...

Default	Allows users to tag and rate resources, and to view tags and ratings for multiple resources.
Inline	Shows tags and ratings for individual resources in the context of each resource. Available for blogs and wikis.
