Delete the user registry configurations on Solaris
After deploying IBM WebSphere Portal, you may find that you no longer need some of the LDAP entity types, realms, realm base entries, repositories, etcthat created. We can delete these configurations to achieve the proper user registry configuration.Complete the following tasks to delete your user registry configurations:
- Delete the LDAP entity type on Solaris
If you made changes to the LDAP user registry and no longer require an entity type that created, we can delete it.- Delete the base entry on Solaris
If you made changes to the LDAP user registry and no longer require a base entry that created, we can delete it.- Delete the LDAP group member on Solaris
If you made changes to your LDAP user registry and no longer require the group member that created, we can delete the group member from the LDAP user registry.- Delete the realm on Solaris
If you made changes to the IBM WebSphere Portal and no longer require a realm that created, we can delete the realm from the user registry.- Delete the realm base entry on Solaris
If you made changes to your realm and no longer require the base entry that created for the realm, we can delete it.- Delete the repository on Solaris
If you have made changes to the company and no longer require the use of a repository within the default federated repository, we can delete the repository from the configuration.
