Enable impersonation

If you migrate from an earlier releaso that did not support user impersonation (for example, Version 6.1.0.1), the migration process re-creates the earlier portal environment in v8.0 without enabling impersonation. Enable impersonation in the migrated portal requires completing additional steps that update the master configuration and the appropriate users' access. If you migrate to v8.0 from Version 6.1.5 (6.1.0.3), manually update any users you plan to impersonate with the Can Run As User role. The migration process does not automatically modify Delegator role assignments to the Can Run As User role assignments.
