Portal V6.1.x on application server V6.1 cluster: Start the dmgr on the target environment

After stopping the dmgr on the source environment start it on the migrated environment.

Start the dmgr on the new host.

1. Change directory to
   dmgr_root/bin

2. Run the startManager command.

3. While the dmgr is running, check the SystemOut.log file for warnings or errors.

4. Ensure that the dmgr started successfully on the new environment.
