Update the context pool configuration on Linux

After configuring the LDAP user registry, you may find that you need to adjust the number of context instances concurrently maintained by the content pool in order to increase performance.

In a clustered environment, start the dmgr and nodeagent and verify they are able to synchronize.

Update the context pool configuration

  1. Edit wkplc.properties

  2. Update the following required parameters in wkplc.properties under the VMM LDAP context pool heading:

  3. Save changes to wkplc.properties.

  4. Update the context pool configuration for the LDAP user registry...

      ./ConfigEngine.sh wp-update-ldap-contextpool -DWasPassword=foo

  5. Stop and restart servers, dmgrs, and node agents.

If you created the clustered environment, including the additional nodes, and then completed the steps in this task, run update-jcr-admin on the secondary nodes.
