Access external content

The web content used in a WCM can also be stored and managed in external content management systems. The Web Content Integrator is used to import content into a WCM system using the feed format. Content from federated content systems can be linked directly into a WCM system. We can also use WebDAV to import content from a file system into a WCM system.

Manage web content

WCM includes has a set of features to help maintain and manage the WCM system. This includes version control, change management and approval, multi-item projects and user-defined folders to group sets of web content items.
