View and add shared pages

When a user shares a page with other users, these users have to accept the shared pages before they can view them.

To accept and add a page that another user has shared with you, proceed as follows:

  1. Click Select Actions -> Sharing -> Add Shared Pages.

      This opens the dialog Add Pages Shared with Me.

  2. In the dialog, browse the list of pages that other users have shared with you.

  3. To accept a page into navigation, click the Add button next to the page that you want to add.

      The page is added as a child of Home in navigation.
