Enable impersonation
If you migrate from an earlier release that did not support user impersonation (for example, v6.0 or 6.1.0.1), the migration process recreates the earlier portal environment in v7.0 without enabling impersonation. Enable impersonation in the migrated portal requires completing additional steps that update the master configuration and the appropriate users' access. If you migrate to v7.0 from v6.1.5 (6.1.0.3), manually update any users you plan to impersonate with the Can Run As User role.
The migration process does not automatically modify Delegator role assignments to the Can Run As User role assignments.
