Edit policy settings
View and edit the settings for the main policy, the top-level policy for the resource.
From the menu of a main policy, select Edit Policy.
To edit the policy settings of the main policy:
- View the policy title and policy description.
These properties are not editable for main policies.
- Review the table of policy settings and determine whether any settings need to change.
The table lists each policy setting, its description, its value, and whether the value can be overridden in child policies.
- For each policy setting that you need to change, do the following:
- Specify the Value of the setting.
- Select Allow Changes in Children if you want child policies created from this policy to be able to override this value.
- Click OK to return to the Resource Policies portlet.
