Use Web Content Management

Use the administration portlet and the web content authoring portlet to create and manage web content libraries, web content items, syndication and feeds.

• Use the administration portlet with Web content

  Learn more about managing libraries, cleaning up data and setting up search. As an administrator you may need to periodically assist content managers with library maintenance. such as disabling or deleting a library.

• Use the authoring portlet

  Use the Web content authoring portlet to create and manage Web content items including site areas, content items, authoring templates, presentation templates, components, categories, folders, projects and workflow items.

• Edit Web content portlet settings

  When adding Web content portlets to your site edit the settings of these portlets.
