Tab Menu - Page Builder
You can add it to your own custom portal theme, as the components are widgets that can be consumed directly. Once all elements are in place, if you like, you can change the style of pages by applying a lightweight theme.
You can change the layout of pages by using a template or drag and drop components within a page.
You can search users and groups to share pages with and assign user access to view and edit pages.
Users with whom a page has been shared can access the page by using the Share menu on the place bar below the page tabs.
Users of shared pages can bookmark (Dogear) the friendly URLs of pages. You can manage portal content by managing shared pages and the portlets, feeds, widgets, and social components that they contain.
For conventional page management and customization you can use the administration portlets...

Tab Menu - Page Builder theme
The Tab Menu - Page Builder theme does not use side navigation. Therefore, if a user of a portal with the Tab Menu - Page Builder theme hides the top navigation, for example by selecting SideNavOnly and turning the theme style into side navigation only, then the navigation will disappear.
