Viewing a log

To view a log, navigate to the log file and open it in a text editor.

1. Navigate to the log file location within the WAR.

   • On IBM® WebSphere® Application Server, the path might be:

     WebSphere\AppServer\installedApps\cell_name\project_name.EAR\wpf.war\WEB-INF\logs

   • On IBM Lotus® Mashups, the path might be:

     IBM Mashup Center\mm_profile\installedApps\cell_name\project_name.EAR\wpf.war\WEB-INF\logs

2. Locate the log file that interests you, and open and view in a text editor, for example, Notepad.
