Modify the server JDK

Follow these steps to modify the server JDK.

1. For JDK Version 1.3.1, refer to the additional documentation for your application or portal server because the specific steps vary from vendor to vendor.

2. For JDK Version 1.4 or later, do the following:
   1. Add the following JVM parameter to your application server.

      -Djava.awt.headless=true

   2. Restart the application server.
