Frame builder inputs

This topic describes the inputs for the Frame builder.

Input name Description
Name Name for this builder call. The WebSphere Portlet Factory Designer displays this name in the builder call list.
Page Location Page or pages on which this builder call acts.
Action Select one of the following for the source of the frame:

Page in the model

Displays a page that is defined in the model.

A method in the current model

This method needs to call up a page to be displayed in the frame. The method could also return XML data the represents HTML.

An Action List builder in the current model

The actions in the Action List builder need to call up a page to be displayed in the frame.
