Portlet Factory, Version 6.1.2
Lotus Forms Embed builder
The Lotus Forms Embed builder lets you embed a Lotus Form in a IBM® WebSphere Portlet Factory page and control some aspects of how that form looks. The builder also lets you do the following.
- Control some aspects of the form behavior when the form is rendered.
The form is retrieved from a forms repository and rendered using the Viewer plugin hosted by the user’s browser. The user must have a browser plugin installed to view or use the form, for example, Lotus Forms Viewer or a PureEdge-branded Viewer.
- Prepopulate a form with XML data.
The form itself can be stored in any number of backend systems, but is typically retrieved from a content repository before being prepopulated with data and sent to the user’s browser for rendering.
