About altering form layout
You can alter the layout of a form generated by the Data Page builder.
Use a Data Field Modifier builder to hide or control the display of an element of the data. You can hide an element of the form data by using a Data Field Modifier builder call, specifying the element you want to hide, and enabling the Hide Element input.
By default, the Data Page builder vertically displays non-repeating elements, such as the <street />, <city />, <state />, and <zip /> elements in the sample data. To display these elements horizontally, set the Fields input to the element that contains the non-repeating elements (in this case, <address />) and enabling the Horizontally option for the Container Display Direction.
By default, the Data Page builder displays repeating elements in a table. To display repeated elements vertically, set the Fields input to the element that contains the repeating elements and enabling the Vertically option for the Container Display Direction input.
