Solve engine issues before execution

On executing a project, the Execution Sanity Check wizard may display the following engine-related issues.

Message	Load Generator Y is not ready
Description	The test cannot start because the scenario requires a Load Generator Y that cannot be used.
Resolution	The Load Generator must be modified, as described in Zones and Load Generator hosts.

Message	Monitoring Engine Y is not ready
Description	The test includes a Monitoring Engine Y that cannot be used.
Resolution	The Monitoring Engine must be modified, as described in Create and configure a monitor.
