Solve license issues before execution

For every project to execute, the Execution Sanity Check wizard may display the following license issues.

Message	The number of Virtual Users in the Scenario exceeds the license limitation
Description	The test cannot start because it requires more Virtual Users than what the license allows.
Resolution	The number of Virtual Users must be reduced, as described in Load variation policy or the number of Virtual Users in the license must be increased.

Message	The license does not allow running a scenario.
Description	The test cannot start because NeoLoad is run in no key mode as described in Manage licenses or the license used in invalid.

Message	Your license has expired.
Description	The test cannot start because the license has expired. Please refer to Manage licences.
Resolution	Contact a Neotys Account Manager at sales@neotys.com.

Message	Your license does not permit the use of the Cloud-based Load Generator X.
Description	The test cannot start because the license used does not include the Cloud module, even if Cloud credits have been acquired.
Resolution	To activate the Cloud module, contact a Neotys Account Manager at sales@neotys.com.
