Solve Cloud testing issues before execution
When the project relies on Cloud resources to execute, the Execution Sanity Check wizard may display the following issues.
For more information about Cloud tests, see Test from the Cloud.
.
Message
Load Generator X cannot be used by the Cloud Controller.
Description
The test cannot start because it is configured to use the "localhost" Load Generator on the Cloud Controller machine. This Load Generator can be used to check the Virtual User only. For performance reasons, it cannot be used to generate Virtual Users load.
Resolution
In the Cloud Controller, the "localhost" Load Generator must be unselected in the Load Generators group box of the Scenarios tab in the Runtime section. See Test settings.
.
Message
Selected Cloud Load Generator X is not ready to run this Scenario (the current status is Y).
Description
The test cannot start because it is using a Cloud Load Generator which is active but not running. Its Y status may be "rebooting".
Resolution
For a "rebooting" Cloud Load Generator, it is necessary to wait for it to be running. See Cloud Load Generators.
.
Message
Duration of the Cloud session <session_name> too short
Description
The predefined duration of the test to start is longer than the duration of the session.
Resolution
The duration of the test must be shortened, as described in Duration policy, or the duration of the Cloud session must be extended, as described in Modify a reserved Cloud session.
.
Message

Description
The duration of the test to start is undefined while the session will stop in less than 30 minutes.
Resolution
The duration of the Cloud session must be extended, as described in Modify a reserved Cloud session.
