Why is the total number of errors in the errors table different from "Total Errors No."?

The Total Errors No. field in the report summary stands for the number of defective requests.

One request can be counted as a failed assertion and as an HTTP error code in the errors details.

For example, the situation can be met with a request generating a 500 error with a failed assertion. As a consequence, the Total Errors No. is lower than the total number of errors in the errors list.
