Policy administration: The Web Portal Manager

The Web Portal Manager is a web-based graphical application that manages the security policy in a secure domain. Use the Web Portal Manager to manage the user registry, the master authorization policy database, and the ISAM servers. We can add and delete users and groups and apply ACLs and POPs to network objects. The pdadmin command-line utility provides the same administration capabilities as the Web Portal Manager, plus some commands that are not supported by the Web Portal Manager.
