Token compatibility with earlier versions of WebSEAL

Security Access Manager, version 8.0, changed the default cipher that WebSEAL uses to encode the tokens. Tokens generated with this default cipher are not compatible with the tokens generated by earlier versions of WebSEAL.

If you integrate e-community single sign-on with servers that include versions of Security Access Manager earlier than version 8.0, we must enable the pre-800-compatible-tokens stanza entry in the [server] stanza of the WebSEAL configuration file. For example:
