Control on the junction cookie JavaScript block
This section describes two additional configuration options available when we use the -j junction option to modify server-relative URLs (see Modification of server-relative URLs with junction cookies):
- Appending the junction cookie JavaScript block (trailer)
- Inserting the JavaScript block for HTML 4.01 compliance (inhead)
- Resetting the junction cookie for multiple -j junctions (onfocus)
- Inserting an XHTML 1.0 compliant JavaScript block (xhtml10)
