Attach ACLs to junctioned resource URLs

1. In the local management interface, go to Web > Policy Administration.
2. Log in as sec_master.
3. Expand ACL and click Search ACLs.
4. Click Search.
5. Click isam_mobile_rest.
6. Select the Attach tab.
7. Click Attach.
8. Set the Protected Object Path value to /WebSEAL/<hostname>inst1/ mgaapi/sps/apiauthsvc.
9. Click Attach.
