Administer protected object spaces

We can use the administration API to create and administer a user-defined protected object space. We can use this protected object space to define a resource hierarchy that is specific to a third-party application that uses Security Verify Access authorization services to enforce a security policy. User-defined object spaces created with the administration API are dynamic because they can be updated while ISAM is running.
