Limitations

There is no out-of-the-box support for registration of authenticators by using SCIM or a registration mechanism.

Registrations can only be performed using the attestation endpoint. See FIDO2 Server Endpoints.

FIDO2 auditing is not supported by the previous version of IBM Security Verify Access.
