Attaching a POP to an object with pdadmin

We can attach a POP to protected object in the domain with the pdadmin utility.

Steps

1. Log on to the domain as the domain administrator.
2. Use the pop attach command. When you attach a POP to an object that protects a case-insensitive junction, we must use all lower-case syntax.

Example

For example, to attach a POP named poptest1 to a protected object named /WebSEAL/serverA/index.html enter the following command:

pdadmin sec_master> pop attach /WebSEAL/serverA/index.html poptest1
