Delete one or more existing Access Control Policies

To delete one or more existing API Access Control policies with the local management interface, use the API Access Control policies page.

Steps

1. In the appliance top menu, Web > API Access Control > Policies

2. To delete all existing policies, follow the steps:

   1. Select all policies or select no policies.

   2. Click the Delete button.

3. To delete a selection of policies, follow the steps:

   1. Select the policies to delete.

   2. Click the Delete button.
   • Deletion of a policy deletes the ACL and POP associated with the policy and removes all resource attachments.

   • To view a list of all of the internal Verify Access operations that are run to create a new policy see the api_access_control.log as described in Audit the Verify Access operations performed when managing API Access Control components.
