Adapter level support

The IBM Security Identity Manager installation program always installs a number of adapter profiles.

Profile	Description
AIX profile	UNIX and Linux adapter
Solaris profile	UNIX and Linux adapter
HP-UX profile	UNIX and Linux adapter
Linux profile	UNIX and Linux adapter
LDAP profiles	LDAP adapter
Windows Local Account profile
Active Directory profile
IBM Security Privileged Identity Manager profile

The installation program optionally installs the LDAP adapter and UNIX and Linux adapter. Newer versions of the adapters might be available as separate downloads. Install the new versions before using the adapters. See: IBM Security Identity Manager adapter documentation.
