DSPLANSTS (Display Local Area Network Status) Command Description
DSPLANSTS Command syntax diagram
Purpose
The Display Local Area Network Status (DSPLANSTS) command shows the status of an active token-ring or a distributed data interface (DDI) line.
Note: The DDI line status is the status of the local network from the perspective of the local adapter. Required Parameter
- LINE
- Specifies the name of the active line description being used by the local area network (LAN) manager.
Optional Parameter
- OUTPUT
- Specifies whether the output from the command is shown at the requesting workstation or printed with the job's spooled output. More information on this parameter is in commonly used parameters.
*: Output requested by an interactive job is shown on the display. Output requested by a batch job is printed with the job's spooled output.
*PRINT: The output is printed with the job's spooled output.
