Create a stand-alone HATS administration project in HATS Studio:

1. Select...

   File | New | Project | Host Access Transformation Services | HATS Administration Project

   The HATS Administration project appears only in HATS Studio on the Navigator panel.

2. Deploy the .EAR file that you created to the WebSphere Application Server console for the portal server...

   http://portalhostname:9091/admin

   Make sure it is installed to the portal server. Perform the Web server plug-in regeneration.

3. On the portal server administrative console, select...

   Server | Portal Server

   Look for BOOTSTRAP_ADDRESS End Point for the portal server. The default is 9810.

4. Open the HATS administration console:

   http://portalhostname/adminprojectname/hatsadmin/admin

   For example...

   http://hostname:10010/hatsadmin/hatsadmin/admin

5. In the left pane, select Manage Scope. Add new node Portalhostname 9810.
