Troubleshooting VPN

VPN is a complex and rapidly changing technology that requires at least a basic knowledge of standard IPSec technologies. You must also be familiar with IP packet rules because VPN requires several filter rules in order to work properly. Because of this complexity, you may, from time to time, experience trouble with your VPN connections. Troubleshooting your VPN is not always an easy task. You must understand your system and your network environments, as well as the components you use to manage them.
