ADDV (Add Physical File Variable Length Member)

 

The ADDV i5/OS® FTP server subcommand adds a variable-length member to a physical file.

The parameters for this subcommand are the same as for the ADDPVLM CL command.

For example, to add member POLEBEAN to physical file GEORGE in library RLKAYS, enter this: 

ADDV FILE(RLKAYS/GEORGE) MBR(POLEBEAN)
