Use this policy to prevent installing a newer System i Access for Windows release over an older one, or to prevent re-installing the same release.
This policy will not prevent you from installing iSeries Access for Windows on a PC that has never had the product installed, or on a PC from which it has been uninstalled. To prevent installations on PCs that don't have any version of iSeries Access for Windows, use the Prevent Setup policy.
