Using the TECHHELP menu

 

If you encounter a problem that relates to system operations, start with the Technical Support Tasks (TECHHELP) menu.

You can save the necessary information for a technical support person to do problem analysis by using the options from this menu. It is also possible to have a remote support organization access your system from a remote workstation.

To access this menu...

  1. Type GO TECHHELP on any command line and press Enter.

  2. Select the menu option for the task you want to perform.
