Integrated file system APIs in the Network File System

 

Many integrated file system APIs are valid in the Network File System (NFS).

All of the APIs that are listed in Performing operations using APIs can operate on the network file system, except for the following APIs:

• QjoEndJournal()

• QjoRetrieveJournalEntries()

• QjoRetrieveJournalInformation()

• QJORJIDI()

• QJOSJRNE()

• QjoStartJournal()

A Network File System must be mounted before any APIs can be used on it.
