CRTKEYF (Create Keyed File) Level 1.0 and Level 2.0
This command creates a keyed file on the target server.

When a CRTKEYF request is received by an iSeries target server, the new keyed file reuses deleted records when it is created. If duplicate keys are allowed (KEYDUPCP=TRUE sent), the order of the duplicate keys is not guaranteed.
