The installation program requires a JRE to run. The installation program checks for the correct level of the JRE and automatically installs it if it does not exist on the machine.
You cannot install two instances of the server at the same time, even if you are installing to different directories. You must install each server completely before installing the next one.
If the following hostname is shown, correct the value. For example,
hostname=serve1.server1.rtp.raleigh.ibm.com
...should be corrected to...
hostname=server1.rtp.raleigh.ibm.com
This behavior is only found when the installation is run on a Windows server where an instance of Microsoft Exchange server is already installed.
